Newborn Studio Session in Ripon, CA

This newborn session was photographed in my Ripon studio. It was simple, calm, and completely baby-led. Each session flows a little differently depending on the baby, and this one was especially relaxed with plenty of time for settling and soft, natural moments.

The studio is set up to feel warm and quiet so both baby and parents can relax. For this session, we used neutral tones and simple wraps to keep the focus on the baby without anything feeling overstyled.

Baby was awake for part of the session, which always adds a nice variety to the gallery — a mix of soft eye contact and peaceful, sleepy moments.

I always keep newborn sessions minimal and baby-focused. Every pose is guided gently and adjusted based on what the baby is comfortable with, allowing for a mix of lightly posed and natural images.

Nothing is rushed, which helps create a calm experience and more genuine expressions throughout the session.

My studio is located in Ripon, and I photograph newborn sessions for families throughout Manteca, Modesto, and nearby areas.
